2007 Condo Sales in Quechee, Vermont

2007 Homes Sales in Quechee, Vermont

35 homes sold in Quechee in 2007 which is actually up from one year ago. There were:

67 in 2003
I find it interesting that of the 35 that sold, only 11 closed during the second half of the year. Over two thirds of the sales were in the first 6 months of 2007.
