Quechee Sales

Four homes have sold in Quechee Lakes since September 18th of 2008. That's right...four. All have been, if not fire sales, very undervalued. Are we seeing the beginning of the Over-correction phase of the pendulum?

The local real estate market continues to be a Buyer's Market, although Seller's that are realistic about the value of their properties are having success.

Homes sold in Woodstock, Reading, and Brownsville, Vermont.
